By accessing or using VizMonster ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VizMonster is a web application that transforms text, arXiv papers, and YouTube videos into interactive HTML visualizations using AI. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not use another person's account without permission.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (URLs, text, guidance). By submitting content, you grant VizMonster a license to process it for visualization generation. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the content you provide.

Generated visualizations are public by default. You can delete your visualizations at any time from your dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service
  • Use the Service for automated scraping or bulk generation without permission
  • Circumvent any access controls or security measures
  • Impersonate another person or entity

6. AI-Generated Content

Visualizations are generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or misrepresentations of the source material. VizMonster does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated content. You should verify important information independently.

7. Limitation of Liability

VizMonster is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
